- A package opening video is mandatory for claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
- Without a video, refunds or exchanges will not be processed.
- The issue must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
b) Color-Related Issues (7-Day Exchange Policy)
- Every product is quality checked before shipping, but in rare cases, if the issue arises, we offer a 7-day exchange or refund in Miss Highness Wallet.
- Customers must pay a ₹199 return shipping charge to prevent policy misuse.
- If the issue is resolvable (e.g., polishing), the item will be returned to the customer, and Miss Highness will cover the re-shipping charges.
c) Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction (7-Day Exchange Policy)
- A full refund will be issued in Miss Highness Wallet credits.
- A ₹199 deduction will be applied as a return shipping charge.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
d) Stone Displacement (7-Day Exchange Policy)
- If a stone falls off, you are entitled to a return or exchange within 7 days.
- After 7 days, Miss Highness will not be responsible for any misplaced stones.
