- If you have an opening video, we will process the exchange or return without additional charges.
- If no opening video is available, a nominal fee of 199 credits for shipping will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be credited to your Miss Highness wallet.
3. In-Box Breakage:
- If your product arrives with in-box breakage and you have an opening video, we will provide a replacement box with free shipping.
- In the absence of an opening video, a shipping fee of 199 credits will be charged for the replacement box.
4. Color-related Issues:
- If you encounter any issues with the color and wish to return or exchange the product, we will require you to cover the shipping costs.
- After polishing or addressing the issue, we will promptly send the product back to you.
5. Dissatisfaction or Change of Mind:
- If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind, we offer a full refund in the form of Miss Highness wallet credits. Return shipping charges apply. (24Hrs)

- Absolute 6 Month of warranty when we talk about plating on all silver jewellery, only a nominal delivery charge will be applied according to your location. (Max.₹ 199)
